Purpose
The purpose for which this church exists is to worship and glorify God through the Lord Jesus Christ as revealed in the Scripture.

Goals
We believe our purpose can be accomplished by being obedient to God in three areas:
* Evangelism - Bringing people to Christ.
* Edification - Building people up in the faith.
* Service - Using our gifts and resources to serve God.
Evangelism:
We of Teague Bible Church believe that our primary responsibility is to bring people to Christ. Each member should seek to establish vital relationships with those who need to hear about the salvation God freely offers through faith in Jesus Christ. A godly lifestyle and a clear, verbal presentation of the gospel are the means of lovingly revealing Jesus Christ to our family, friends, and the world.

Edification:
We believe that strengthening believers in the faith is a vital part of our work as a church. We seek to accomplish this by:
1. The study of the Scripture and its applications to daily living.

2. Building vital relationships to other believers.

3. Developing a personal devotion and prayer life.

Service:
As believers in Jesus Christ grow in spiritual maturity, they should seek to serve God with their time, gifts, ability, and material resources.
